The Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Service based at Starship/Auckland City Hospitals is very pleased to contribute to the CHAANZ Registry collaboration and grateful for the support and endorsement of Heart Kids New Zealand for this project.

 

At this time, it is only possible to enrol and contribute data from patients from Aotearoa New Zealand who have received inpatient or outpatient care in Te Toka Tumai Auckland (Starship, Greenlane and Auckland Hospitals).

 

The information sheets for the study can be accessed through the links below. There is also a link available to access if you wish to ‘opt out’ from participation (on behalf of yourself or your child).

It is our goal, in partnership with the NZ heart disease community, to progress understanding of the impact of congenital and childhood acquired heart disease on patients and their families in our country and region. We hope with better information we can advocate and improve care and outcomes for this important population.
